About Your Wellness Coach & Retreat Leader

Renée worked as an accomplished senior leader in corporate America for over 20 years when she successfully launched her first business in 2017, Nimble Giants Consulting, a Management Consulting Company.  

Within Renée's consulting business, one of the services she  provides is Executive Coaching for C-Suite and Senior Leaders of Fortune 500 companies, as well as, private, medium sized, and small businesses.  While Renee still enjoys her active business consulting work, she is often asked if she can provide one-on-one coaching to people wanting to improve how they show up everyday in life for work, for their family/friends, but most importantly for themselves.  

Renée always enjoyed learning about holistic (mind, body, and spirit) health and wellness in her spare time.  Wellness is one of her top values and priorities in life.  Renée believes that  realizing your potential and experiencing meaningful growth facilitates a more fulfilling and joy filled life. A personal philosophy Renée practices is, 'When we know better, we do better.'.  This quote was shared with Renée by a dear client and friend.  It's become one of Renée's mantras ever since.

In 2024, Renée decided she wanted to augment her small business portfolio with personal wellness services, in addition to the organizational health and business transformation services she provides through Nimble Giants Consulting.  

In the summer of 2024, Renée continued her education at the University of Arizona's Andrew Weil College of Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) by earning her certification in their Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Program.  

In this year-long program, Renée received an education on a comprehensive holistic wellness coaching curriculum that spanned across nutrition, movement, environment, relationships, sleep, resilience, and spirituality.  

Renée graduated from the UA's AWCIM Health and Wellness Program in April 2025 receiving her certification from the university with over 100 motivational interviewing practice coaching hours, mentorship, hundreds of hours of course work, class lecture and exams.  

 Upon Renée's UA graduation where she earned her Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) Health & Wellness Certification and her Integrative Wellness Coaching (IWC) Certification, she is proud to share that she went on to pass the National Board exam in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) in November of 2025. 

The NBC-HWC credential is the highest level of certification that demonstrates the deep knowledge, experience, and certification in health and wellness information, ethical standards, coaching psychology, motivational interviewing, and skill in science-backed / evidence driven behavior change.
