About Your Wellness Coach & Retreat Leader

---

Renée worked as an accomplished senior leader in corporate America for over 20 years before successfully launching her first business in 2017, Nimble Giants Consulting, a Management Consulting Company. Within her consulting business, one of the key services Renée offers is executive coaching tailored for C-Suite and senior leaders of Fortune 500 companies, as well as private, medium-sized, and small businesses. While she continues to enjoy her active business consulting work, Renée frequently receives requests for one-on-one coaching, helping individuals enhance how they show up in their daily lives—for work, family, friends, and most importantly, for themselves. Renée has always been passionate about holistic health and wellness, making integrative health one of her core values and priorities. She believes that realizing your potential and experiencing meaningful growth leads to a more fulfilling and joy-filled life. A personal philosophy that guides her practice is, 'When we know better, we do better,' a mantra shared with her by a dear client and friend. In 2024, Renée decided to expand her small business portfolio by incorporating personal wellness services in addition to the organizational health and business transformation solutions she provides through Nimble Giants Consulting.

In the summer of 2024, Renée continued her education at the University of Arizona's Andrew Weil College of Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) by earning her certification in their Integrative Health and Wellness Coaching Program. This year-long program focused on a comprehensive holistic wellness coaching curriculum, covering essential topics such as nutrition, movement, environment, relationships, sleep, resilience, and spirituality, all of which are vital components of personal wellness services. Renée graduated from the UA's AWCIM Health and Wellness Program in April 2025, receiving her certification with over 100 hours of motivational interviewing practice coaching, mentorship, and extensive coursework, including class lectures and exams, all of which enhanced her skills in executive coaching.

Upon Renée's UA graduation, during which she earned her Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine (AWCIM) Health & Wellness Certification and her Integrative Wellness Coaching (IWC) Certification, she is proud to share that she passed the National Board exam in Health and Wellness Coaching (NBC-HWC) in November of 2025. The NBC-HWC credential is the highest level of certification, showcasing extensive knowledge and experience in integrative health, along with ethical standards, coaching psychology, and motivational interviewing. Renée's expertise in personal wellness services also highlights her skill in science-backed and evidence-driven behavior change, contributing to her capabilities in executive coaching.
